Hi, I am Hana Moniz, an experienced leadership trainer, operations manager and public speaker. Before a change in career to real estate, I served in the supermarket industry for 18 years. The last four years with Smith's / Kroger, I served directly in the HR Department as a Division Our Promise Leadership Trainer - which happens to be my FAVORITE call to service in all career path thus far! The ultimate goal on a team of high performing leaders is to affect change in a multicultural business to create change and drive results in an organization. My conviction as a leader is to promote change by leading any organization with purpose. It was an honor to serve as a Communications Officer for the ARG (Associate's Resource Group) for Smith's Food and Drug because it gave me an opportunity in a call to action for a few focus areas that needed attention: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. As a leader driven by purpose, I didn't just listen to the associates, but I advocated for them. I believe in developing diverse talent and equal opportunities by providing resources, coaching, training and development to all associates whom express interest in growth. Leaning on my experience as a high performing leadership trainer and developer, I am currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer of Xpand Realty & Property Management. My experience is coupled with learning the EOS method and components, with an emphasis on Traction to drive results. With 100+ real estate companies in Las Vegas, we are on mission to provide the highest level of quality, professionalism, and integrity to accommodate our clients' specific real estate needs.
